Step 1. Get pre-approved so we stay within range during the search process.

Step 2. Do you need to sell your existing home? If so, we can help create a plan and detail any nuances that need to be considered. See “Sellers” section.

Step 3. Determine your new home NEEDS. What features can you not live without?

Step 4. Rank features that are important to you. What features are most desirable and which would you be happy to have, but okay to live without.

Step 5. Determine if there are any restrictions or time frames to consider.

Step 6. Adam & Chelsea will personally and consistently seek out homes that best fit your criteria and have the ability to track properties coming up for sale but not yet hit the market.

Step 7. When you’ve decided to place an offer, KB Properties will provide a Comparative Market Analysis of similar properties and help to determine a reasonable offer.
